MIKE ZINGARO -  Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years of personal training experience. He also has experience in group exercise and spin class instruction. Mike has a Degree in Emergency Medical Services and also works locally as a Firefighter/Paramedic. He specializes in endurance athletics and has attended two Olympic Trials for cycling himself. He has an extensive knowledge in health and nutrition, and believes in fitness for long term health and well being. He is continually working and studying to stay at the cutting edge of health and fitness. 
 
MIKE WHITE - Mike is a popular trainer in Palm Beach.  For over 12 years, he has been helping men and women become healthier, stronger and feel better.  Mike instructs a variety of people including those who have never used a personal trainer, to advanced weight lifters and athletes in need of a new program.  He also works with celebrities who want to stay fit, in the gym or in the privacy of their home and has experience working with couples and groups.
Mike is frequently recommended by doctors and therapists to help their patients overcome and control problems, such as; joint pain, high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.
Mike has a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences.  He is certified nby the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also the manager of Palm Beach Fitness.


WILLIAM PAUL ANCHETA - William is a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist who has worked with top professional athletes to improve sports performance. He has attained a proven record of success in sports injury recovery by working with his clients’ physicians to create complementary exercise regimens and provide for a truly comprehensive form of therapy. With this impressive academic base, William is able to utilize the latest and most comprehensive testing and therapeutic modalities, including A.I.S. Stretch Therapy, and range of motion analysis to help his clients achieve their individual peak performance.
 
TIM CAYSON -  Tim is a NASM Certified Trainer.  Tim is also an IFA Certified and has led group
fitness, weight training and functional training sessions.  He believes that sound nutritional guidance is crucial to healthy lifestyle changes and integrate that into your personal training sessions.

SALOME DEVIDZE - Salome is a certified personal trainer and current professional tennis player. She has played in the US Open, French Open and Wimbledon. As a junior she was ranked in the top 20 singles and top 10 in doubles in the world. As a professional her highest ranking in singles was 250 WTA tour.  Salome played as a #1 player for her country in Federation Cup. She has worked with worlds top coaches round the world and in places like Bollitieri Tennis Academy and Chris Evert Tennis Academy.
 In fitness she has worked for years with the worlds top trainers like Ean Mayer, Andrew Richardson and Jeremy Green (Jeremy is currently a full time personal trainer of Andy Murry, with his help Andy went from being Top 100 ATP to #4 ATP in 2008)
She specializes in tennis Conditioning, speed improvement, endurance, cardio, core training, flexibility, injury prevention and over all fitness.
